Shop Policies 


Shipping

 

If you are shipping to another person other than yourself, please put THEIR information in the SHIPPING address section AND leave me a NOTE in the NOTE SECTION on the 'Cart' page telling me who the order is being shipped to. I will ship to the address in the shipping section. Please don't private message me to tell me to ask to ship to someone else. Please let whoever you are sending your blanks to know that they will be receiving a package from Flower Girl Blanks. 

It is highly advised that you purchase additional shipping insurance for any order over $50. It is not my responsibility to cover lost or stolen orders if you don't purchase the correct insurance for your order.

First Class packages do NOT come with ANY insurance. Priority Mail comes with $50 insurance automatically. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance to cover your package please let me know in the note section at checkout. I will send you an invoice for the cost of the additional shipping insurance. If you don't choose to purchase shipping insurance, Flower Girl Blanks/The Crafty Cooper is NOT responsible for your lost packages.

Shipping insurance only covers your order if it is lost by the mail carrier during shipping. 

If you want to know where your package is, please refer to the tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your package is running behind, please contact USPS directly. Once packages go from my hands to the USPS hands, it is USPS responsibility. 

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days from delivery with a 25% restocking fee of your order total. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thecraftycooper@yahoo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thecraftycooper@yahoo.com.


Terms of Service
I have provided instructions on how to prep my flower blanks, and tips on how to turn them. Please review the instructions before you start your project, and contact me with any questions. I am not responsible for the outcome of your project if you have not followed the instructions and tips. Even then, I have the discretion to handle the situation as I see fit.
